Once you download the application and create a user account, you will be able to create floor plan designs by selecting from a list of patented "smart" building blocks.

Filter between "Good", "Better", or "Best" tiered rooms to balance your design quality aspirations with budget goals.

Simply drag and drop rooms onto your floor plan and build complete floor plans in minutes. As you build, you will see how your design decisions impacts your estimated project cost!

At any moment, feel free to change from the default "Floor Plan" view into an immerse "3D/First Person" view in which allows you to walk around your project design.

When you are satisfied with your project, you can download a free "Budget Summary Report" that contains a floor by floor breakdown of your project's estimated costs including Construction, FF&E and Fees for the project. Estimated project costs are geographically adjusted based on the location of the user's project.

For those looking for more granular financial data, you can purchase a "Detailed Budget Report" of your project that includes line item estimated cost details - from studs and drywall to lightbulbs and outlets - all organized in a floor by floor, room by room report giving you full financial transparency into estimated costs based on your projects design.

Those looking to truly accelerate their project timeline can put an order for a CAD Floor Plan of their project. Once purchased, a member of our team will manually recreate your project's design using AutoCAD and will email you a copy of your .dwg file once completed.

While we call our first version a "Beta", this software application is far past typically betas. Our first version has over 2 years of dedicated development incorporated into it.
