Purchase Policies
Thank you for making a purchase with The Alignment Formula. By placing an order or making a purchase at The Alignment Formula, you agree to the terms below, along with The Alignment Formula’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Subscriptions to The Alignment Formula are set up to auto renew. There is no refund policy for subscriptions. Cancelation of a subscription will terminate your access to the application once the paid subscription period ends. The Alignment Formula reserves the right to delete any user data from canceled subscriptions.
Changes to your subscription to The Alignment Formula can be made at any time by navigating to: https://www.aligned.build/members-area/my/my-subscriptions. You will need to login to your account to be able to edit your subscription.
Due to the nature of digital products (intangible goods), all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by law.
Exceptions:
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
• If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate payments).
• If the product was not delivered due to technical issues on our end.
