Subscription Plans

The Alignment Formula, Inc. offers two types of annual subscriptions:
    •    Annual Paid Upfront Subscription – Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and covers a one-year access period.
    •    Annual Monthly-Pay Subscription – Payment is divided into twelve equal monthly installments, billed on a recurring basis over a one-year term. By selecting this option, you agree to a full twelve-month commitment. Early cancellation does not relieve you of payment obligations for the remainder of the one-year term.

Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless canceled prior to the renewal date. Renewal charges will be based on the subscription plan selected at the time of renewal.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting: https://www.aligned.build/members-area/my/my-subscriptions. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid subscription term. Access to the digital product will end when the paid period expires. The Alignment Formula may delete any user data associated with canceled subscriptions.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered except as required by law.

Exceptions may apply in the following circumstances:
    •    You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate payment).
    •    The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our end.
